How many sessions will I need?
It depends. I recommend at least 6-12 sessions to start. I work with you to determine your goals for change. There are regular check-ins to ensure progress.
How often are the sessions?
Sessions are weekly to start. It’s best to budget time for the sessions before starting. Think of it as an investment in yourself, you deserve it.
Will you fix me?
You’re not considered broken. I facilitate a process of change and growth. You have the key to your situation. My job is to help you discover it.
What happens in the sessions?
It’s a chance to explore your concerns in a safe environment. Think of it as your personal lab. Like everything in life, you get out of it what you put into it!
What are your qualifications?
I have a master’s degree in counselling psychology. My experience includes primary care, private practice, and non-profit work. I work with adults individually, and lead groups.
